ABOUT US
Here at The Drama Company, we offer three different drama classes and three annual holiday workshop opportunities for children and young adults aged 5 - 18. Held at The Larruperz Centre, Ross On Wye, we strive to provide our members with an exciting, fun and relaxed approach to drama and performance in an environment where they can learn and grow as friends and performers. Focusing on all aspects of drama such as the learning and practising of dramatic conventions, performance skills, team building challenges, themed activities, text work, movement and music, we feel there really is something for everyone when you join The Drama Company.
Each of our sessions includes our famous warm up games, a main section based around a termly theme or idea (find more information about these on our Term Dates & Themes page!) and also includes a short snack break so our members can build on their friendships too.
Not only do we run weekly drama classes for the accessibility of everyone, we have also launched our very own youth theatre group Drama Company Performers, where our most experienced young actors are able to showcase their talents to the general public in a large scale production each year.
We are a very welcoming group and make our work as accessible as possible, regardless of whether you have any previous drama experience or not. Everyone can learn and enjoy something with us at The Drama Company!
OUR CLASSES

Our sessions are currently led by company owner Sarah O'Neill and we are very ably assisted by Julie Church who provides both us and our members with TLC and admin support. We run two different drama classes on Tuesdays, catering for all ages from 5 -18 years old, as well as several holiday drama workshops.
For our Tuesday classes, we meet every week term time and our session times are one hour and a half long (although our Juniors class for younger members is a little shorter at one hour and a quarter!). Our Tuesday classes are open to all, regardless of experience and are designed to encourage children to develop creatively. Drama Company sessions are designed to be an independent activity so that your child can learn new skills and grow in confidence.
Our Tuesday sessions are great value at £5.50 per session which is payable in termly instalments following a two week trial period. Come along and give us a try - you will not be disappointed! Make new friends, learn new drama skills in our fantastic venue central to Ross On Wye town!
